Description:
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of the warranty commission contracts (hereinafter referred to as the "warranty order contracts", and each of the separate "warranty commission agreement"), on the basis of which the contractor or contractors will issue/issue at the request of the contracting authority bank guarantees (hereinafter referred to as "guaranteesand each separate "warranty") to the European Investment Bank based in Luxembourg (hereinafter "EIB") as a beneficiary of the guarantee, in the form and content acceptable to the EIB, to secure EBI claims in relation to the Ordering Party, resulting from loans granted to the Ordering PartyEBI on the basis of the following contracts:
1) financing agreements concluded between the Ordering Party and EBI on July 18, 2011, as amended (hereinafter "Agreement for Finance A"),
2) the financing agreement concluded between the Ordering Party and EBI on May 15, 2013 as amended (hereinaftero financing b "),
3) financing agreements concluded between the Employer and EIB on December 19, 2013 as amended (hereinafter" Corporation for Financing C C ").A - up to a total amount not more than PLN 115,586 194.55 (in words: one hundred and fifteen million five hundred eighty -six thousand one hundred and ninety -four 55/100 PLN) ("Warranty A")
granting a bank guarantee for EBI to secure the loan granted to the Ordering Party by the Ordering Party by the contracting authorityEB...
