Description:
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of the warranty commission contracts (hereinafter referred to as "warranty order contracts", and each of the "warranty commission agreement"), on the basis of which the contractor or contractors will issue/issue at the request of the contracting authority bank guarantees (hereinafter referred to as "guarantees and each separate "warranty") to the European Investment Bank based in Luxembourg (hereinafter "EIB") as a beneficiary of the guarantee, in the form and content acceptable to the EIB, to secure EBI claims in relation to the Ordering Party, resulting from loans granted to the Ordering Party EBI on the basis of the following contracts:
1) financing agreements concluded between the Employer and EIB on July 18, 2011 as amended (hereinafter "Agreement for Finance A"),
2) financing agreements concluded between the Employer and EIB on May 15, 2013 as amended (hereinafter "the contract for financing b "),
3) financing agreements concluded between the Employer and EIB on December 19, 2013 as amended (hereinafter "Agreement for Finance C").
Granting a bank guarantee for EIB to secure the loan granted to the EIBIRT EIB on the basis of a financing agreement A - up to a total amount not more than PLN 115,586 194.55 (in words: one hundred and fifteen million five hundred eighty -six thousand one hundred and ninety -four 55/100 zlotys) ("Warranty A")
