1. The subject of the order is the provision of broadband data transmission services between buildings housing schools, and a traffic interchange point with the OSE Network. Broadband links will always be terminated with an Ethernet contact and will have a guaranteed symmetrical (both-sided) throughput of at least 100Mb/s each - while maintaining the defined quality parameters.Provide broadband data transmission services between buildings housing schools and the point of traffic exchange with the OSE Network will take place in Variant A or in Variant B, referred to in Chapter VIII point 2 of the Request for Proposal. 2. The subject of the order is divided into Parts marked from 1 to 60. Each Part of the procedure includes a separate single location, listed by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 6 to the Request for Quotation, i.e. detailed address data. 3. The regulations contained in this Request for Quotation should be treated analogously for each Part of the order, with the exception of individual items of the Price Form (Appendix No. 4 to the Request for Quotation and at the same time Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement - List of School Locations), which were prepared separately for each Part of the order (each item of the Price Form is a separate Part of the procedure). The Ordering Party has placed an editable version of the Price Form (in an Excel file) on the website where this Request for Quotation was posted.
