Description:
The subject of the order is the service of access to an asymmetrical broadband Internet connection for the needs of soldiers using residential premises in the dormitory building. All requirements included in the description of the subject of the order are minimum requirements and the provision of services is allowed with equivalent or better parameters without loss of functionality and performance.

Required minimum Internet connection bandwidth - in accordance with Annex 1 to the Description of the subject of the order.
Quantity plug sockets in dormitory buildings - in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Description of the subject of the order.
The buildings have a "Rac 19" type distribution cabinet as the main point of contact (GPS) in which technical devices are located enabling the distribution of the Internet signal to individual residential and office premises. Each apartment in the dormitory building has one multimedia socket. The speed of the proposed connection will be verified by running tests available on the websites: http:/tester.netia.pl, http:/aplikacje.upc.pl, http:/test.mm.pl, pro.speedtest.pl (UKE certificate). The bandwidth cannot be achieved by overbooking.
