Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of providing care for homeless animals in a shelter for homeless animals and catching them from the area of the City of Rybnik, which are the commune's own tasks. The order is dictated directly by the provisions of the Act of August 21, 1997. on animal protection. Providing a shelter is also necessary to adopt an annual resolution on the animal care program and the prevention of animal homelessness.
Under the contract, the Contractor will also be obliged, among others, to: to find new owners for animals and sterilize themand castration of animals put up for adoption and their marking.
The contract will be settled on the basis of monthly invoices with a payment deadline of 30 days from the date of the correctly issued invoice.
