Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services for clients of the Social Services Center in Czeladź, performed in the place of residence of these people, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). and implementing regulations issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act and in accordance with the requirements specified in this chapter of the SWZ. Care services include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, the provision of contacts with the environment art. 50 section 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). Care services will be provided from Monday to Saturday, depending on the reported needs of people using the services, in the Czelad commune.
