Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the provision of care services and specialized care services in the Juchnowiec Kocielny commune, excluding specialized care services for people with mental disorders in the place of residence of the ward, provided forentities of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Juchnowiec Kocielny. Care services should be understood as services tailored to the specific needs of people requiring assistance in the form of care services resulting from, among others, the type of their disease. Care services include in particular: a) care and therapy recommendedn by a doctor; b) meeting the daily living needs of people requiring care; c) making purchases, preparing and serving meals to the patient; d) handling personal and official matters of the ward; e) basic hygiene and sanitary care; f) helping to maintain bonds with the environment;g) improving functioning in society; h) other activities resulting from the needs identified in the client's place of residence.
