- The subject of the order in the tender for social services is the provision of care services and specialist care services at the place of residence of MOPS charges in the offices from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, falling within the scope of assistance services. social as specified in Art. 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1214, as amended) (excluding specialized care services for people with mental disorders) provided to people requiring assistance in their place of residence who, due to age or illness, or other reasons due to a specific health condition, including those whose difficulties in everyday functioning are caused by old age diseases, require the help and care of other people. The Ordering Party's clients may also include people suffering from infections or parasites, and the Contractor is obliged to also to provide services to these persons. Persons providing direct services to the above-mentioned people require additional protection measures provided for by law protecting them against seeding.
