Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of care services in the Braszczyk Commune. 2. The subject of the order includes: 1) Providing care services in the Braszczyk Commune (pursuant to Article 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1214) and as part of the implemented programs) for the wards (including disabled people) of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Braszczyk (hereinafter referred to as GOPS) at the ward's home, in accordance with the number of hours and the scope established in the administrative decision granting the benefit. Care services should be understood as assistance provided to people who are bedridden or having serious difficulties with mobility and self-service and requiring assistance due to age or serious and chronic diseases.2) Services are to be provided on working days between 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m., as well as on public holidays and holidays.3) The number of hours of services provided will depend on the type of services, the number of residents and their needs and will change during the duration of the contract.4) The estimated number of people using care services is approximately 53, including approximately 11 people who are lying and 42 people who use crutches or a walker. enclose...
