- The subject of the order is the provision of care services at home for approximately 10 residents of the Social Services Center in Staroreby, hereinafter referred to as CUS in Staroreby, in accordance with Art. 17 section 1 point 11 and art. 50 of the Act on Social Assistance of 12 March 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. On behalf of the Ordering Party, supervision and control over the correctness of the service performance by the Contractor is exercised by the Director of the Social Services Center in Staroreby. The remaining provisions are regulated by the SWZ.
