Description:
1. Subject of the order. The subject of the order is the provision of care services in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, to clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Gubin, in their place of residence. Care services will be provided by the contractor's employees on all days of the week, i.e. on working days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or in the afternoon, depending on the customer's needs. 1.1 Expected number of hours and people covered by care. Care services: a) approx. 20,416 hours per year, b) expected number of people covered by services 60. Due to the specificity of the subject orders The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of hours and persons covered by care, depending on actual needs. Duration of services: Care services for one person are expected to be provided on average for two hours a day. One hour of service is equal to 1 hour clock time, i.e. 60 minutes. The concept of the number of hours of services provided should be understood only as the actual time of providing services without preparatory activities, i.e. without the time needed to arrive or travel.
