Description:
1) Care services will include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygienic care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment for people who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require the help of other people.1. Subject The order is to provide care services specified in Art. 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) for persons who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require partial care and assistance in meeting their daily living needs from other people and they are deprived of this help or this help is insufficient. 2. Services will be provided for approximately 25 environments, the number of which may change +/- 25%. The number of care services is estimated at 6,000 hours per year and will be determined by the Ordering Party depending on the needs of the community.3. The Ordering Party anticipates possibility of not meeting the hour limit. The Ordering Party shall not be liable for a reduction in the number of hours of services due to reasons beyond the Ordering Party's control.4.
