The subject of the order is: "provision of care services for elderly and disabled people at their place of residence in the Mysakowice Commune, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026."2. Detailed and quantitative scope of the subject of the order: it is expected to provide comprehensive care services approximately 4,200 full clock hours in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in the Mysakowice Commune.3. The above service will be provided under the following conditions: 1) the order covers the provision of care services in the number of approximately 350 full clock hours per month, which gives a total number of approximately 8,400 full clock hours in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (12 months) in the place of residence, within the Mysakowice Commune, to persons who, due to chronic illness, age or disability, require the assistance of another person,2) number of hours of services specified in the SWZ caring is an estimate and may be reduced.
