- provision of care services at the place of residence in 2026Care services will be provided pursuant to Art. 50 section 1-3; 5-6 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), for persons who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require assistance from others people, and they are deprived of it. Care services include, among others, assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment. Scope, period of provision of services and rules of payment borne by clients determined by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Zielonki. Pursuant to Art. 17 section 1 point 11 of the Act of March 12, 2014 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), organizing and providing care services at the place of residence is the commune's own and obligatory task.
