Description:
1) The subject of the order is to provide care services at home for clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Malbork for 2026. Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Act on Social Assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) to a single person who, due to age, illness or other reasons require the assistance of other people and are deprived of it, they are entitled to assistance in the form of care services or specialized care services in accordance with the scope established in the administrative decision granting the benefit. 2) Care services will be provided as currently available the applicable Resolution of the Malbork City Council on detailed rules for granting and determining payments for care services and detailed conditions for partial or total exemption from fees as well as the procedure for collecting them. The individual scope of care services will be provided in writing each time when assigning a new care service, when updating care services or in the event of a change in health or life situation. The estimated number of hours during the duration of this contract will be 46,209 hours.
