- Care services will include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygienic care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment for people who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require the help of other people. 1. Subject of the order is to provide, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, care services specified in Art. 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), i.e. for people who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require partial care and assistance in meeting the necessary life needs from other people, and they are deprived of this help or this help is insufficient. 2. Care services will be provided in the place of residence of the people under their care in approximately 25 environments. The expected number of hours of services during the order period is approximately 6,000 hours. The monthly number of services will be approx. 500 hours. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to exhaust the entire scope of the subject of the order without incurring any consequences, including financial ones.
