- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services at the place of residence of clients of the Municipal and Municipal Social Welfare Center in Busko-Zdroj, in accordance with Art. 17 section 1 point 11 and art. 50 and art. 50a of the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004, consolidated text (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). amended) in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The expected number of services provided during the contract implementation period: - The estimated number of hours of care services is 700 hours/month; - the expected number of people covered by the services - approximately 25 people/month. Due to the specificity of the subject of the order the actual number of people to whom services will be provided and the actual number of hours of service provision will depend on the actual number of people who are entitled to assistance and the scope of this assistance. Care services include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, recommended by a doctor care and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment, art. 50 section 3 of the Social Assistance Act of March 12, 2004.
