Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of care services for people living in the city and commune of Wyrzysk. The contractor will provide services in the city and commune of Wyrzysk, in the place of residence of the person using the services.4.1.1 Scope of the order: Includes care services - assistance in meeting everyday life needs, hygienic care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment. pursuant to art. 50 section 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004. on social assistance (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214) 3. The task of the Contractor of this order is to provide care services from Monday to Friday and, in particularly justified cases, i.e. when failure to provide services may result in a threat to life or health, also on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Services will be provided at 7.00-15.00. In justified cases, service delivery hours may be changed after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party. The estimated number of people covered by services per month is approximately 35 people.
