Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services for residents of the Social Services Center in Szydowo, residing in the Szydowo Commune, for 2026.2. Care services include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and, where appropriate, opportunities to ensure contacts with the environment, art. 50 section 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004. on social assistance (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1214, as amended).3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions regarding the execution of the order are set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order) and in the Annex No. 3 to SWZ (drafted provisions of the public procurement contract).4. The ordering party indicates that the order was not divided into parts due to the inability to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order, which could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order. Failure to divide the order into parts, due to its small scope and size, will not hamper competition.
