The subject of this order is the organization and provision of care services for both adults and children living in the city of Midzyrzec Podlaski, in accordance with Art. 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283). Through care and specialist services care services and specialist care services for people with mental disorders should be understood as services tailored to the specific needs of people requiring help, resulting from the type of their illness or disability, provided by people with specialized professional training, having appropriate qualifications, knowledge and skills enabling the provision of specific specialized services.
