- Care services include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment. They are implemented pursuant to Art. 50 of the Act on Social Assistance. The scope of care services includes in particular: 1) care hygiene and care: a) changing the bed, b) changing personal and bed linen, c) washing and bathing the patient, helping in maintaining his or her personal hygiene, d) laying the patient down, helping in changing the lying position, e) preventing the formation of pressure sores and rashes, f) helping with the needs physiological, g) carrying out activities recommended by the doctor: measuring temperature, using poultices and compresses, etc. 2) assistance in meeting everyday life needs: a) maintaining cleanliness in the rooms where the patient stays, b) keeping sanitary equipment and facilities clean, c) purchase of food and industrial products, d) purchase and delivery of meals, as well as preparation or assistance in their preparation, e) feeding the patient, f) keeping the patient's underwear and bed linen clean, g) walking ...
