Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the contract for social services is: provision of care services in the period from January 1, 2024. until June 30, 2024 from Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. in the amount of approximately 33,000 hours., 2. Care services referred to in section 1 include, among others:, a) roomoc in meeting everyday life needs, i.e.: assistance in making purchases (food, cleaning products, newspapers, etc.) and delivering them to the patient, preparing products or meals for the part of the day when the patient will be alone (afternoon snack, dinner) and their proper storage, and inin the event of limited mobility of the patient, also feeding and supplementation, assistance in heating the apartment, assistance in paying fees and charges, b) hygienic care, i.e.: activities related to maintaining the personal hygiene of the patient, if necessary, providing diapers and toileting after cadordirt, changing into clean clothes, preventing bedsores, activities related to maintaining hygiene in the room, c) care recommended by the doctor, d) ensuring contact with the surroundings: in the case of people living alone, maintaining contacts with...
