Place of order implementation: Place of order implementation: area of the Wgrowiec Commune. Description of the subject of the order. The subject of the order is the provision of career counseling services for 72 participants of the project entitled: Active integration, activation and social inclusion of residents of the Wgrowiec Commune implemented as part of European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027 (FEW) program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), measure 6.10 Active integration. UP is hereinafter understood as the Project Participant. The career counseling service will be provided for 12 hours for each participant (72 participants x 12 h = 864 h): meetings with a career counselor with elements of developing an Individual Reintegration Path, i.e. Individual Action Plan (IPD) - interviews/tests conducted by a career counselor, determination of a career problem, analysis of the UP situation, taking into account interests, predispositions and competences, health, socio-economic conditions; analysis of the possibilities and choices of solving the professional problem developed with the UP and possible to be implemented by the UP, recommendations on further proceedings, including, among others: after...
