A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.5. The ordering party reserves the right to exercise the right of option in the event of a change in the number of participantsw. If it is necessary to increase the scope of the contract due to the increase in conference participants, the Ordering Party will exercise the option right up to 50% of the basic order.6.
