- 1. The subject of the order in this tender is: the provision of catering services, consisting in providing daily nutrition services to patients of the Multi-Specialty Hospital in Jaworzno, taking into account the caloric diet. Detailed amounts of meals and a description of the services and services covered by the subject the orders were included in Attachment No. 1 Bid form and Attachment No. 3 Description of the subject of the order. The contractor, if necessary, should provide disposable packaging (added if necessary, reported by the ordering party - up to 1 person-day, i.e. a set of packaging, cutlery and other accessories), in which meals will be delivered to patients/wards; the need to deliver the meal in an individual package (with cutlery) will always be reported when placing the order. The type of packaging and the selection of cutlery should be adapted to the type of meal. Estimated number of packages 250 per year. The contractor is obliged organize the process of implementing the subject of the order in such a way as to ensure a continuous and uninterrupted flow of meals, especially taking into account the possibility of events affecting the implementation item...
