Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the provision of catering services, i.e. preparation and delivery of meals, only second courses, for educational institutions operating in the Jemielnica Commune from Monday to Friday on school days (approx. 192 days of service provision).2. The Ordering Party for the purposes of the subject matter proceedings estimated the need for 120 meals a day (including 90 meals for the State Fire Service in Jemielnica and 30 for the State Fire Service in Piotrowka). This is an estimated value and the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of meals depending on demand.3. Meal deliveries will be made in the amounts resulting from daily orders placed by selected representatives of branches on the day of order execution until 9:00. When preparing meals, the contractor will take into account the changed amounts that have been reported to him.4. Under this order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver prepared meals to the educational institutions mentioned by her: 1) Public Primary School. Marek Prawego in Jemielnicyul.
