Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services for children attending educational institutions run by the Puszcza Mariaska Commune. The estimated maximum number of hot meals in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 will be 120,000 meals, including approximately 55,000 lunches. two-course meals for primary school students and 65,000 pieces of full daily meals (breakfast, two-course lunch and afternoon snack) for kindergartens and preschool classes. The minimum total number of meals that the Ordering Party intends to purchase under this order is 70,000 pieces, including approx. 32,000 pieces. two-course lunches for primary school students and approximately 38,000 pieces of full-board meals (breakfast, two-course dinner and afternoon snack) for kindergartens and pre-school classes. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and is entitled to do so to conduct public procurement proceedings on behalf of all organizational units.3.
