Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services for the Primary School. H. Sienkiewicz in Rutka-Tartak from January 7, 2026. until December 22, 2026 2. The subject of the order includes preparation from own products, delivery to the Ordering Party and serving hot meals: twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) in the form of a soup with protein, i.e. meat, cheese or egg 300 ml with bread and alternately on the remaining days of school, i.e. 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in the form of a second course for children studying in Primary School, with transport included in the cost of the order in the period from 07/01/2026 until December 22, 2026 (for the duration of school learning, excluding holidays, holidays and days off from school, including distance learning).3. The expected number of meals served (over the entire duration of the order) is 17,460 meals. 4.
