Description:
1.The subject of the order is:
a) Providing a catering service, which consists in providing comprehensive services including: preparation and delivery of dishes, serving meals by professional and competent staff, providing tables, appropriate tableware and glassware, and decoration, depending on the type of meeting and the rank of guests, as well as cleaning after the service.
b) Catering services will be provided as part of meetings organized by the Ordering Party and held in places indicated by the Ordering Party located in the voivodeship Lesser Poland, on the indicated dates.
b) may take place simultaneously on the same date, in several places located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, on any day of the week.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) and implementation conditions the orders are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
3. The estimated value of the basic order is PLN 264,756.10 net.
4. Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising option rights under this order.
5. The subject of the contract under the option may be implemented for up to 12 months from the date of completion of the basic order or until funds to finance the order under the option are exhausted. Order within laws options...
