- 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of daily meals for 49 residents staying at the Care Point for people with disabilities from Ukraine at ul. Marii Skodowskiej-Curie 27/29 in Toruń in the scope and quantities specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. Service covered by this order includes estimated quantities that the ordering party plans to purchase during the period of validity of the framework agreement and is intended only for the preparation and subsequent comparison of framework offers. The quantities indicated in the description of the subject of the order do not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to purchase the service in this scope. - are the maximum expected quantities that may be purchased during the period of validity of the framework agreement. The service is estimated to provide daily food for 49 people, including breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner delivered to the Care Point located at street Marii Skodowska-Curie 27/29 in Toruń.3.
