Description:
The subject of the order includes the supply of catering to school facilities in the Kolbuszowa Commune, for the following tasks. Scope: Delivery to the Primary School in Werynia. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the price forms for individual part of the orders constituting attachments to the offer form. Attachment No. 1 - price forms. Attachments to the offer form - price forms constituting an integral part of the SWZ, contain the quantities of products that constitute the expected demand for the duration contract. The quantities of products given in the price form are estimates and may change if the number of children fed decreases or increases. For this reason, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for unrealized delivery or grounds for refusing to complete the order. The Ordering Party will evaluate each part of the order independently.
