Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the preparation and delivery by the Contractor of two-course meals for participants of the Senior+ Day Home at the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Ciechanow. 2. The order includes daily preparation of hot meals in the form of lunches two-course meals and their delivery by the Contractor's means of transport on all working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), in the quantity indicated the previous day by the Recipient in writing or by phone until 2:00 p.m. 3. Estimated daily quantity of delivered lunches up to 30 pieces. It is expected that in time execution of the order for 12 months, i.e. from January 2, 2026. until December 31, 2026 approximately 6,120 meals will be distributed. The number of meals ordered may change depending on the attendance of people using this form of assistance and the number of working days at the facility. Due to the reduction in the number of meals served, contractors are not eligible claims against the Recipient. The ordering party was required to pay for the lunches actually delivered. 4.
