- The subject of the order is the provision of catering services, preparation and serving of hot meals (soup + main course) for children from the Stacyjkowo community center, ul. Sowackiego 13A, 14-100 Ostrda. Estimated number of meals during the duration of the contract: 4,300 pcs. Meals must be prepared in accordance with with the requirements of the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448), the Act of March 14, 1985 State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 416), Regulation of the Minister of Health of April 17, 2007 on the collection and storage of samples food by closed type mass catering establishments (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 80, item 545) and this specification. Meals will be delivered and served by the Contractor between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to the Stacyjkowo community center. The catering service will be provided on working days. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: and the number of people using the catering may change during the term of the contract and the Contractor will each time inform about the number of meals on the day of the catering service by 9.00.
