Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services for the Seniors' Activity Center in a maximum quantity of up to 10,650 breakfasts and up to 10,650 two-course meals (lunches).2. Catering services include preparation and delivery to the Senior Activity Center, ul. Janasa 11, Tarnowskie Gry two meals a day, on working days, in the form of: - breakfast delivered between 8.00-8.30 (up to 42 meals) - two-course meals (dinners) delivered between 12.30-13.00 (up to 42 two-course meals) In exceptional situations related to changes in the organization of the schedule of classes at the Seniors' Activity Center Meals may be delivered at a different time after prior arrangement with the Contractor. 3. All meals should be prepared in accordance with applicable standards and legal regulations, principles specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended).
