Description:
The subject of the order is the maintenance of cemeteries in the city and commune of Pisz. The subject of the order is divided into 2 tasks. Task No. 1 The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of management and operation of municipal cemeteries located in Pisz at ul. Warszawska on marked plots geodetic numbers 491, 492, 493, 494, 495/1 and 495/4 with a total area of 8.16 ha and in the village of Turol on a plot marked with geodetic number 110 with an area of 0.90 ha. The basic obligations of the Service Provider in the field of management and operation of municipal cemeteries are: 1) designating plots of plots burial and alleys in accordance with the cemetery development plan; 2) collecting fees for burial places in cemeteries, in the amount specified in Ordinance No. 229/19 of the Mayor of Pisz of December 10, 2019 on the amount of fees for the use of municipal cemeteries in the city and commune of Pisz, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the template contract for task No. 1;3) sending JPK_V7M by the 10th day of each month;4) transferring the collected receivables from ty...
