- The subject of the fall is to provide children and students with unreal transport to kindergartens and primary schools, for which the leading body is the Municipality of Namysw by purchasing meals - about 554 tickets on a monthly basis, inside the orientation list of children and students sent towrapping units. The number of demonstrated OSB, indicated in the list, may change in individual months due to students' migration. Changing the quantities of children and students during the school year will not constitute the basis for claiming the contractor, as to the quantities actually reported byOrdering tickets in the course of the contract. BD issues issued by the Contractor based on the OSB lists authorized to deliver from the order received from the contracting authority. As part of the leading, the Contractor will ensure that the transport is not possible, on the bus, by an adultindicated by the Ordering Party, in order to provide care for children and students during transport, in accordance with the obligation resulting from art. 32 para. 5 and 39 para. 3 of the Act of December 14, 2016, wrapping law.
