provision of chimney sweeping services, including periodic annual chimney sweep inspections and cleaning of chimney flues in buildings administered by the Resident Service District No. 4 (hereinafter ROM-4) with its registered office in Bydgoszcz at ul. Modrzewiowa 23 (excluding buildings housing associations) within a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the relevant agreement, including in particular, but not exclusively, activities such as: 1) performing a periodic annual inspection of the technical condition of chimney ducts (smoke, exhaust, ventilation), the so-called annual chimney inspections referred to in Article 62(1)(1)(a) c) Act of July 7, 1994 Construction law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended)2) periodic cleaning of chimney ducts (smoke, exhaust, ventilation) in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 822, as amended)3) preparing and publishing chimney sweep opinions, among others in matters of proper operation of chimney connections, indication of connections, preliminary opinions for...
