Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services inside the property and in external areas and green areas adjacent to the property administered by the Municipal Premises Management Board, divided into 7 parts.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding orders, referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law to the amount of PLN 3,367,712.10 net:
including:
1 part -727 PLN 109.51 net
2nd part -PLN 618,067.99 net
3rd part - PLN 540,723.42 net
4th part -PLN 557,119.38 net
5th part - PLN 739,795.80 net
6th part -PLN 169,228.80 net
7th part -PLN 15,667.20 net
Orders These will consist in repeating the services that are the subject of these proceedings on the property located in the administered resource. The maximum duration of the contract will not exceed 5 months. The condition for granting the above-mentioned orders will be accepted by the Ordering Party unit rates for cleaning specific types of surfaces.
257 of the Public Procurement Law, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order, will not be granted.
