- Providing cleaning and maintenance services for outdoor areas, performing renovation services and providing kitchen and room help services at ZdsOSiW Drogowiec in Pokrzywna in the period from March 6, 2026 to October 31, 2027 The subject of the order is: provision cleaning and maintenance services for outdoor areas, performing renovation services and providing kitchen and room service services at the "Drogowiec" center located at (48-267) Pokrzywna 64, in the period from March 6, 2026 to October 31, 2027. The order includes: including: cleaning outdoor areas and keeping them in good condition, including greenery care, mowing grass, weeding and other gardening works, clearing snow from pedestrian paths and parking lots in winter and leveling them slipperiness, providing assistance in cleaning work in social and hotel rooms, including performing manual transport work - moving furniture and equipment, carrying out periodic general cleaning in back-up rooms and utility rooms and in social and hotel rooms, performing specialist repair and maintenance works that do not require qualifications in the building and on the premises of the Center, including performing minor painting, bricklaying and tiling works, carpentry, flooring, gardening, directing visitors to the Center Manager and preventing unauthorized persons from staying on the premises of the Center, performing night duties in the Center according to established schedules, maintenance and service, including preparation for games, a multi-purpose sports pitch with a polyurethane surface, provision of cleaning services for social and hotel rooms in order to keep them in...
