Description:
The subject of the order is the provision, during the term of the contract, of cleaning services and maintaining year-round cleanliness of office and conference, co-working, exhibition and social rooms, as well as maintenance of wooden surfaces located in the following buildings:
1) in the buildingbuilding of the Management Board Office connected to building F, address Tymienieckiego 22G, which is the seat of the Łodź SEZ with a total area of 2,228 m2,
2) in building no. 41 located in Complex 3 in Łodź at ul. priest Tymienieckiego 22/24, which houses the "Fabryka Kreatywności" with a total area of 123 m2,
3) in the Re-connect building, which is connected by a corridor with the Management Office building, serving co-working, exhibition and office functions with a total area of 1,525 m2, with the order covering an area of 475 m2
4) in the building called ;"Szwajcar" address ul. priest Tymienieckiego 22/24, pewith an office function, with a total area of 117 m2
5) in building no. 60
