Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services in the building of the Court of Appeal in Krakow and the areas adjacent to the building, divided into the following parts of the order:
Part 1 - Cleaning the building of the Court of Appeal in Krakow and the areas adjacent to the building in during a period of 24 months - from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028.
I. Building cleaning (excluding underground parking lot)
Area building is: 6556.31 m2
Cleaning the underground parking lot
Cleaning of adjacent areas do building
The area of the adjacent area is:
5,600 m2
Part 2 - Washing windows and glass surfaces along with washing and cleaning blinds and roller blinds in the building of the Court of Appeal in Krakow (2 times in 2026 - in the months 01/04/2026 - 31/05/2026 and 01/10/2026 - 30/11/2026 and 2 times in 2027 - in the months of April 1, 2027 - May 31, 2027 and October 1, 2027 - November 30, 2027 - on dates agreed with the Ordering Party) and washing and cleaning of free-standing lamps in the outdoor area (once in 2026 and once in 2027 - in the months of April/May or October/November).
The washing service includes:
• double-sided cleaning of windows and glass facades, including: washing and cleaning of glass surfaces, window frames, door frames and aluminum external recesses and window sills,
• washing roof glazing and skylights on both sides,
• washing the external glass surfaces of the elevator shaft,
