Description:
The contractor will be obliged to: 1) perform the services with due diligence, ensuring proper law and order in the area covered by the contract, performing the work in a way that is least inconvenient for the users of the facility and in accordance with the law. Cleaning work should be performed at hours that do not disturb peace and safety residents. 2) performing all cleaning and cleaning services referred to in a. No. 2a and 2b to the draft contract (constituting an annex to the SWZ) at its own expense, using its own materials and equipment, cleaning and hygiene products, with the following assumptions: a) the measures used by the Contractor cleanliness must meet the requirements of the Act of November 18, 2020 on chemical substances and their mixtures (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1816), i.e. they must not contain substances that pose a threat to the environment, human health or life, b) cleaning products and agents used by the Contractor hygienic products must have markings on the packaging in Polish/documentation in Polish provided by the manufacturer, c) tools and technical devices used to complete the order must be in working order the...
