Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of comprehensive cleaning services using its own equipment and means of the office rooms of the Zduska Wola City Hall, hereinafter referred to as the City Hall, located at ul. Stefana Zotnickiego 3, 12 and 13 with a total area of approx. 1,850 m2, in scope of: 1) comprehensive cleaning of office and administrative rooms, conference rooms, corridors, staircases, social rooms and sanitary facilities; 2) washing windows, including washing and ironing curtains and drapes, cleaning horizontal blinds, window blinds and curtain rods, and cleaning lamps, motion detectors, vacuuming and cleaning ventilation grilles;3) performing machine cleaning of terrazzo floors and stairs as well as polishing and polymerizing floors;4) cleaning floors covered with ceramic tiles/stoneware;5) washing carpets, rugs and rugs;6) washing furniture upholstery; 7) polymerization (acrylation) of the floors; 8) providing an additional person to replace the Ordering Party's employee during his absence (additional cleaning area of approx. 500 m2); 9) washing the entrance mats pochaniaj...
