Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for the "Termy Maltańskie" Complex located in Poznań at ul. Terlna No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Complex), which consists of buildings (hereinafter referred to as the Facility), outdoor swimming pools, green areas, parking lots, communication routes and other outdoor areas. The complex provides services to customers. The complex has a separate sports and recreational part, an administrative and office part and technical facilities. They operate within the Complex firmy zewnętrzne: wynajmują powierzchnie lub świadczą usługi. The Contractor is obliged to prepare descriptive procedures that he will use when performing the service (hereinafter: Service Performance Procedures - PWU. The contractor is obliged to: developing full health and safety documentation for all Contractor's staff and training documentation resulting from separate regulations and signing an agreement on the appointment of an health and safety coordinator indicated by the Ordering Party (Article 208 of the Code work). The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit a declaration about the training he has conducted in the field of customer service and related topics by persons providing services in direct contact with customers. Contractor's staff performing work on within the Complex must have up-to-date results of sanitary and epidemiological tests allowing employees to perform work.
