Description:
Providing services to maintain cleanliness and order inside buildings and external areas managed by Nieruchomoci Brzeziny Sp. z o. o. in Piekary lskie for 20262. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3. The ordering party requires that persons directly participating in the implementation orders, i.e. persons involved in the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order were employed on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 277, 807, 1423) by the Contractor or Subcontractor. This requirement applies to people (physical workers) who perform activities directly related to the provision of services described in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons involved in the coordination of services under an employment contract. The requirements do not apply to, among others: natural persons running a business business, serving members of the Contractor's management or supervisory bodies, partners of a general partnership or partnership, to the extent that they will personally perform services for the Ordering Party or the Contractor.
