- The subject of the contract is the provision of the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate and partly uninhabited in the Witonia commune, i.e.: municipal waste from inhabited real estate and from selected uninhabited real estatein the Witonia commune and from Pszok. The scope of the subject of the contract includes real estate specified in Annex 2 and 3 to SWZ, transport and management of municipal waste collected from the Witonia commune through recovery or neutralization, in a way that ensures relevantPreparation levels for re -use and recycling of municipal waste, level of limitation of biodegradable waste and storage level in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399).
2)Organizing and running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK).
3) Equipping of real estate residing and uninhabited from Annex 3 and 2 to SWZ with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste and containers for glass free of charge for the duration of the contract (collectionThe container should be confirmed by the signature of the owner or manager of the property).
4) delivering to real estate inhabited and uninhabited according to Annex 3 and 2 to SWZ bags for selective collection of municipal waste.
