- 3months. By the term "final waste management", the Ordering Party understands the final process of recovery R2-R11 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), and in the event of a change in generally applicable lawWith these laws of law, waste processing processes constituting the subject of the contract.
2. As a result of conducting the thermal process of transforming municipal waste into ZUOK, two types of hazardous waste are created:
- permanent perfume purification with code 19 01 07* (so -called dust) inestimated maximum amount of 3,000 mg (basic order and option),
-pumps from boilers containing hazardous substances with a code 19 01 15* (so-called volatile pounds) in an estimated maximum amount of 1,000 mg (basic order and option).
3. The subject of this procedure is reception and developmentThe above -mentioned waste in the total weight of a maximum of 4000 mg.
