1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive and ongoing legal services to Portu Czystej Energii Sp. z o. o. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: providing legal services to the Port Czystej Energii company, including: providing advice and consultations legal, preparing opinions and legal expertise, giving formal and legal opinions on contracts, internal acts and other documents created in connection with the Ordering Party's activities, in particular in the field of energy law and environmental protection law (waste), civil law, public procurement, as well as legal advice on the current implementation of the PPP contract and legal services for the Ordering Party's corporate matters.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the conditions of its implementation, and the obligations of the Contractor specify: (1) Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order; (2) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Draft Agreement.
