• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning and cleanliness service in buildings and premises belonging to the Municipal Club. Jan Kiepura.
  2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract for part 1-2 of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ (detailed description of the subject of the contract), Next: ["Sopz"].
  34 para. 1 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility of 1 resumption of the contract, consisting in repeating the subject of the contract for the next 12 months.
  4. The person will inform the contractor in writing that he will use the resumption at the latest three months before the expiry of the date of the contract. The contractor is obliged to submit in a written form a statement of expressing consistent to resume the order within 7 days from the date of receipt of information from the Ordering Party. In the absence of the Contractor's response in the above -mentioned period, the Employer will recognize that the contractor does not agree to resume the order.
  1.4., It should be assumed that the contracting authority will not use resumption. The Contractor will not have any claims in relation to the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party will not use resumption.
  6. The Objector will fulfill the subject of the contract in the scope of:
  - basic (guaranteed),
  - Optional, if you use the right of options.
  7. The subject of the contract under the law of options in the scope of parts 1 and 2 of the order is the service of events Organization ...
