a) the subject of the contract are services in the field of:
• performing auxiliary activities with the patienton behalf of medical staff.to the property in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2020, items 1439, 2320 and 2361),
b) the contractor to whom the order will be awarded will take over 22 employees (22 full -time jobs) pursuant to art. 231 of the Labor Code (existingHospital employees currently carrying out the order) under the following conditions:
• All persons employed under a full -time employment contract,
• all persons employed under an employment contract, for an indefinite period,
• 12 people are protected due to the pre -retirement age,According to the data at the end of February 2025,
• 2 people acquired the rights to retirement -they are employed according to data at the end of February 2025
• average salary PLN 4,666.00 gross full -time full -time without ZUS employer -wg data for February 2025
• supplement for work at night, paid in accordance with the provisions -Labor Code,
